New Horse Sense Websites: A Case Study (August, 2008)
Two new Horse Sense websites are now up and running, and they are the topic of this audio. We put a lot of research into the changes we made, and are happy to answer any questions you might have about what we've done and why we've done it.

We realized over a year ago that our HorseSenseOtc.com site was trying to be all things to all people, and that, although the site had a TON of content, navigation of the site was difficult. So we created two new sites. The HorseSenseTherapy site includes all our therapy programs, and our school-based programs as well. It's all EAGALA-model based, and reflects how people now access mental health services. The HorseSenseLearning site is dedicated to all our other programming: for teams, for leaders, and for medical professionals.
