Ever
worry that, as a "for-profit" entity, you'll never be able to get grant
funding? Worry no more! Fiscal Sponsorship is the answer. Fiscal Sponsorship is the way Horse Sense
is able to accept non-profit specific grant funding for our juvenile
justice programs, which we've been doing since our inception in 2003.
But with this opportunity, there are also responsibilities. This call
will focus on what you need to know to set up a Fiscal Sponsorship
agreement that will work for both your organization and the non-profit

New Horse Sense Websites: A Case Study (August, 2008)
Two
new Horse Sense websites are now up and running, and they are the topic
of this audio. We put a lot of research into the changes we made, and
are happy to answer any questions you might have about what we've done
and why we've done it.
We realized over a year ago that our HorseSenseOtc.com
site was trying to be all things to all people, and that, although the
site had a TON of content, navigation of the site was difficult. So we
created two new sites. The HorseSenseTherapy
site includes all our therapy programs, and our school-based programs
as well. It's all EAGALA-model based, and reflects how people now
access mental health services. The HorseSenseLearning site is dedicated to all our other programming: for teams, for leaders, and for medical professionals.
